Maintaining awareness during transitions into deep sleep or dream state permits the practitioner to work with the practices and teachers of the tradition in the subtle, ordinarily inaccessible, realms of awareness of deep sleep and dream.
(Qualifies for 3 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance.) (Recommended for 200 TTP and required for 300 TTP.)
