Abdominal Lifts (Kriya) Series - Nauliwith Pavel LatashJuly 18th, 10:00 to 12:00 Noon
The abdominal lifts are considered to be at the pinnacle of Hatha Yoga for their physical benefits and for their positive effects on abdominal health. This second of the two workshops will focus on reviewing the preliminary practices for Agnisara: Ashwini Mudra, and Akunchana-Prasarana (A&P), followed by teaching, demonstration, and practice of Nauli.
To allow for full personal interaction (while observing social distance guidelines), the workshop will be held at the Center. While it is available for Zoom participation, it is highly recommended that participants attend in person at the Center.
Since the participants will be working with abdominal movements and exercises, it is recommended that participants have light breakfast earlier in the morning prior to their arrival.
(Recommended for TTP200 and TTP300 students).
