Abdominal Lifts (Kriya) Series - Agnisarawith Pavel LatashJune 20, 10:00 to 12:00 Noon
The abdominal lifts are considered to be at the pinnacle of Hatha Yoga for their physical benefits and for their positive effects on abdominal health. This first of the two workshops will focus on teaching the practices that are preliminary for Agnisara: Ashwini Mudra, and Akunchana-Prasarana (A&P), followed by teaching, demonstration, and practice of Agnisara.
To allow for full personal interaction (while observing social distance guidelines), the workshop will be held at the Center. While it is available for Zoom participation, it is highly recommended that participants attend in person at the Center.
Since the participants will be working with abdominal movements and exercises, it is recommended that participants have light breakfast earlier in the morning prior to their arrival.
