Inverted hatha yoga postures are unique in the way they enhance the practitioner's balance and body awareness. The Shirshana (head stand) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) are often called the king and queen of yoga asanas respectively. When practiced with safety, they provide enhanced blood flow to brain and improve mental clarity. Join Pavel and learn how to do and teach the inverted asanas along with their contraindications for safety.
