Learn meditation as taught by the Masters in the Himalayan Tradition. Transform yourself with mindfulness in living, harmony in relationships, and balance in life through simple meditation techniques. You will learn relaxation, meditative posture, breathing and how to establish a meditation practice.
Those who are new to meditation as well as those who have prior knowledge, but wish to learn meditation systematically are encouraged to take Level 1 class.
Level 1 class starts with a description of what meditation is and the meditation process. During the six sessions, students learn step by step meditation process, relaxation postures, seated meditation postures, pranayama practice (breathing exercises), a review of joints and glands exercise routine, and the obstacles in meditation. The students are introduced to yoga philosophy and emotional purification techniques to help them understand and establish the meditation practice in their lives. Students are taught the highly beneficial 31 point meditation exercise. Each class includes guided meditation. The six week class aims to help the students establish a long term personal meditation practice.
This is a structured class, and students must register for a full 6 week session, there are no drop in classes avaiable.
The six sessions are taught in progression where each session covers a different component of meditation practice.
Punch Passes are for Hatha Yoga classes, and are NOT applicable towards Meditation classes.

Meditation classes are six sessions long (see class schedule to confirm). Each session covers a different component of meditation practice. The course cost includes all sessions.
It is suggested that students wear comfortable, light, and loose fitting clothing to the meditation class. Those who wish to use their own meditation cushion are encouraged to bring it with them.
