The six week class aims to help the students establish a long term personal meditation practice.
This is a structured class, and students must register for a full 6 week session, there are no drop in classes avaiable.
The six sessions are taught in progression where each session covers a different component of meditation practice.

The Meditation Level 2 class is a six week program for intermediate level meditation practitioners. If you have already taken Level 1 (Introduction level) class, and have been meditating for a few months or longer, it is time to deepen your practice. This class teaches more advanced pranayama techniques, introduces basic bandhas (yogic locks), and more advanced meditation techniques. A brief introduction to Chakras (centers of consciousness in our bodies) is provided during this class in preparation for the meditation techniques that are taught. The class also teaches the highly beneficial 61 points meditation exercise. Each session includes a guided meditation period.
