Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
As an Oncology nurse, I studied the many health benefits of yoga, which further inspired me to pursue teacher training and certification. I was blessed to become a 200 hour Hatha Yoga instructor through the Lotus Yoga Centre-Barrington. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom all my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes at the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of calm and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
