Join us for the 10th Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Teacher Asscociation Retreat. This year's theme is " Explore Yoga Nidra - Gateway to Samadhi." Our feature speakers this year are Swami Ritavan Bharati and Ma (Swami) Radha. Yoga Nidra is a special type of sleep state during which one is deep asleep (Delta sleep), but is fully aware of his/her body and mind. Yoga Nidra was demonstrated to the scientists by Swami Rama who exhibited Delta waves during sleep state, but was fully aware. With his mastery of Yoga Nidra, Swami Veda has used Yoga Nidra to manage his health and for learning new languages. Swami Ritavan is a member of Swami Veda's premier faculty. He would teach philosophy and principles of Yoga Nidra, as well as guided practice for participants during the retreat.
you will experience the Ashram lifestyle starting your day with morning prayers, meditation, and hatha. During the day, you will experience the teachings and practices from the Tradition with Swami (Ma) Radha.
